CLOUDY AND COLD TODAY....IN MID 30'S,
WEEKEND WILL BE COLDER THAN SHOULD BE AGAIN.
NO FLOODING PROBLEMS SO FAR.

DOTTIE BAYLES, WHO WORKS FOR KMAQ , HIT A DEER ABOUT 10 LAST NIGHT
NORTH OF BALDWIN. EXTENSIVE DAMAGE TO HER CHEVY BLAZER.
SHE WAS ABLE TO DRIVE IT HOME, AND WAS NOT INJURED.

A MAQUOKETA MAN, RUSSELL COONS, REPORTED TO THE POLICE THAT SOMEONE
CUT OFF A DOOR AT HIS MINI STORAGE UNIT ON EAST PLATT AND A PIONEER
STEREO WITH CD PLAYER WAS TAKEN. THIS HAPPENED SOMETIME IN THE LAST TWO WEEKS.

NOT MUCH ELSE HAPPENING AROUND HERE.

THE MAQUOKETA COUNTRY CLUB GOLF COURSE IS OPEN FOR THE SEASON.
NOT SURE ABOUT PRAIRIE CREEK.

STILL NO OFFICIAL WORD ON IF THE CAVES WILL BE OPEN THIS SPRING
AND SUMMER AT THE STATE PARK.

HAVE A GOOD WEEKEND.
