WE WENT TO ''A CHRISTMAS STORY" SATURDAY NIGHT AT THE OHNWARD FINE
ARTS CENTER IN MAQUOKETA, PUT ON BY THE PEACE PIPE PLAYERS AND OHNWARD.     WHEN WE ARRIVED, THE CAROLER'S CHOIR WAS SINGING CHRISTMAS CAROLS  OUTSIDE AT THE ENTRANCE.   THEY ALSO SANG TWICE ON STAGE.
THEN IN THE LOBBY, THE FESTIVAL OF TREES.  IT WAS A GREAT PRODUCTION, DIRECTED BY SHARON GOETTLER.      VERY NICE NIGHT TO BEGIN THE CHRISTMAS
SEASON.    AS EXPECTED, JOHN BURROW DID A FANTASTIC JOB AS SCROOGE.     THE CAST NUMBERED OVER 50.    GOOD  ATTENDANCE BOTH  FRIDAY NIGHT AND LAST NIGHT.    THE FINAL PERFORMANCE AT 2 THIS AFTERNOON.    CLICK-ON
THE PHOTOS BELOW TO ENLARGE THEM.     WHAT TALENT WE HAVE IN THE
MAQUOKETA  AREA!
