THE CARDINAL BASKETBALL TEAM IS NOW 11 AND 7 AND HAS WON 6 IN A ROW AND TOMORROW NIGHT WILL PLAY DYERSVILLE.

THE CARDINAL WRESTLERS HOSTED A CLASS 2-A SECTIONAL SATURDAY AND FINISHED SECOND TO DEWITT. FIVE CARDINAL WRESTLERS ADVANCED TO THIS SATURDAY'S DISTRICT AT MONTICELLO. THEY ARE:
CASEY STUART WHO TOOK A 2ND SATURDAY AT 112 POUNDS. TONY SCHLITZ ALSO A 2ND AT 125. BILLY KIRK, WAS CHAMPION AT 135.
ADAM PAPE TOOK A 2ND AT 189 AND DAN DUHME TOOK A 2ND AT
HEAVYWEIGHT. CENTRAL OF DEWITT ADVANCED 8 WRESTLERS AND NORTHEAST, GOOSE LAKE, 5.

JOE AND JANET ROLLINGER OF MAQUOKETA WILL CELEBRATE THEIR 50TH ANNIVERSARY TOMORROW. THEIR CHILDREN ARE: JANE IN BOONE, JILL IN CARMI, ILLINOIS, JOEL IN DECORAH, JAY IN BETTENDORF AND JOHN IN ELDRIDGE.
