AMANDA LASLEY, AGE 28, OF NORTH MATTESON STREET IN MAQUOKETA
WAS BACKING HER CAR FROM A PARKING SPACE AND FAILED TO SEE
THREE WALKING BEHIND HER CAR, STRIKING 2 OF THEM. REBECCA BELLINGS, 31, OF GROVE STREET AND PARKER BELLINGS, AGE 2 1/2 WERE
TAKEN BY AMBULANCE TO THE HOSPITAL AND THEIR CONDITION
WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE 3RD WALKER WAS PUSHED OUT OF THE WAY
AND WAS NOT INJURED. NO CHARGES HAVE BEEN FILED AT THIS TIME.
THIS IS WHAT THE NEW CLINTON COUNTY JAIL WILL LOOK LIKE IF THE
BOND ELECTION IS APPROVED IN MAY.
