AN ORGANIZATION DAY IS PLANNED FOR THURSDAY FOR VOLUNTEERS AND COMMITTEE MEMBERS TO TALK ABOUT THE SEPTEMBER BUILD OF THE
NEW LITTLE BEAR PARK. IT WILL BE AT 5 P.M. AT BRIGG'S ELEMENTARY
SCHOOL.
THE ANNUAL MEETING OF THE JACKSON COUNTY HISTORICAL SOCIETY WILL BE AT 7 P.M. THURSDAY AT THE MUSEUM ON THE FAIRGROUNDS.
SQUIERS MANOR BED AND BREAKFAST OWNERS KATHY AND VIRL BANOWETZ WILL BE THE GUEST SPEAKERS. SQUIER'S MANOR WILL BE
THE SITE FOR MAQUOKETA'S 175TH ANNIVERSARY SUMMER LAWN PARTY
SPONSORED BY THE HISTORICAL SOCIETY.
KJ's CONVENIENCE 31ST ANNIVERSARY IS THIS MONTH. IT IS ALSO
THE HOME OF GODFATHER'S PIZZA.

THEY ARE WORKING THEIR "DIRT MOVING EQUIPMENT" OFF..... AT THE NEW KWIK STAR CONVENIENCE STORE, RIGHT NEXT TO ROTMAN (TIMMERMAN) MOTORS ON WEST PLATT STREET, MAQUOKETA.
