DISCUSSION WAS ON AN IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NEAR THE T-HANGAR THAT WILL IMPROVE DRAINAGE. THE ENGINEERS ESTIMATE, $66,000 OF WHICH THE STATE D.O.T. WILL PAY NEARLY $56,000 AND THE CITY THE
BALANCE OF OVER $10,000. WORK MAY BE DONE THIS YEAR, OR NEXT

RAYMOND DeVOE, AGE 85, OF MAQUOKETA DIED YESTERDAY AT CRESTRIDGE CARE CENTER IN MAQUOKETA. PRIVATE SERVICES WERE
HELD. THE CLINTON CHAPEL SNELL-ZORNIG FUNERAL HOME & CREAMATORY IN CLINTON IS ASSISTING THE FAMILY. HE WORKED IN
MAINTENANCE AT DUPONT FOR 30 YEARS. HE IS SURVIVED BY HIS WIFE MAXINE OF MAQUOKETA AND TWO DAUGHTERS, NANETTE BEAU OF MAQUOKETA AND JILL GARNER OF MAQUOKETA AND A GRANDAUGHTER JORDAN STREET OF MAQUOKETA.
