THE MAQUOKETA LUMBER COMPANY WHICH HE OWNED AND OPERATED FOR MANY YEARS AND IS NOW OWNED BY HIS SON, MARK. TED AMD PAT WERE MARRIED
AT EAGLE GROVE. LIKE ME, TED HAS BEEN A LONGTIME MAQUOKETA ROTARY MEMBER AND SO I SEE HIM AT WEDNESDAY MEETINGS AND HAVE HAD THE PLEASURE OF WORKING WITH HIM ON MANY ROTARY PROJECTS. AND HIS MAQUOKETA LUMBER COMPANY HAS BEEN A KMAQ ADVERTISER FOR MANY, MANY YEARS. HE'S A NICE GUY...AND PAT IS EVEN NICER.
LEIGHTON AND CINDY HEPKER ARE IN BRANSON WATCHING SON ADAM, A SENIOR,
PLAYING FOR MID AMERICA NAZARINE IN TOURNAMENT ACTION. THEY WON
LAST NIGHT AND PLAY AGAIN TOMORROW. ROCKY LAMAR IS THE COACH.
