DISTRICT COURT. CORDER WAS 16 YEARS OLD WHEN HE STABBED HIS STEPMOTHER MARSHA CORDER AND SET FIRE TO THEIR HOME ON PERSHING ROAD. HE WAS SENTENCED TO LIFE WITHOUT PAROLE.
HE HAS SERVED 26 YEARS. NOW, BECAUSE OF NEW SUPREME COURT RULINGS, HE WILL BE ABLE TO APPEAR BEFORE A PAROLE BOARD AND ASK TO BE PAROLED.
