THE BELLEVUE COMET GIRLS SOFTBALL TEAM WON THEIR FIRST GAME AT THE STATE TOURNAMENT IN FORT DODGE MONDAY NIGHT, SCORING ALL 3 OF THEIR RUNS IN THE 6TH INNING, AND WON 3 TO 1. THEY ARE PLAYING THEIR SECOND GAME RIGHT NOW AND I WILL HAVE THE OUTCOME OF IT ON TOMORROW'S REPORT.

GOOD ECONOMIC NEWS FOR MAQUOKETA TODAY. PACIFIC COAST FEATHER HAS BEEN HAS BEEN HIRING EMPLOYEES AND WILL HIRE 30 MORE AS BUSINESS INCREASES.
