THE JACKSON COUNTY RELAY FOR LIFE FOR THE AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY WILL BE HELD TOMORROW NIGHT UNTIL SATURDAY MORNING AT THE FAIRGROUNDS IN MAQUOKETA. THE THEME IS "RED, WHITE AND YOU
FOR THE CAUSE". THE RELAY OFFICIALLY BEGINS AT 6 P.M. TOMORROW WITH THE SURVIVOR LAP. THEN A MEAL WILL BE SERVED IN BOYER HALL BY BUDDE'S HOMETOWN CAFE AND CORNER STOP CATERING. THERE WILL BE A "LIVE" AUCTION AT 7. AT DUSK, SURVIVORS AND FAMILY MEMBERS WILL BEGIN LIGHTING THEIR LUMINARIA WITH A CEREMONY AT 9:30 P.M.
AND THERE WILL BE OTHER ACTIVITIES OVER NIGHT, ALONG WITH WALKING.
THE RELAY OFFICIALLY ENDS AT 6 A.M. SUNDAY.
ABOUT 1,500 PEOPLE ATTENDED THE 4TH ANNUAL LUNCH ON THE DIARY FARM LAST SUNDAY ON THE SCOTT ANDJESSICA HINGTEN FARM ON THE BELLEVUE-CASCADE ROAD. THE JACKSON-CLINTON COUNTY DAIRY ASSOCIATION, THAT SPONSORED THE JUNE DAIRY MONTH EVENT, THANKS ALL THOSE WHO ATTENDED.

GAME ONE....WILLIAMSBURG DEFEATED MAQUOKETA, 3 TO 1
AND IN THE SECOND GAME, THE CARDS WON, 6 TO 0. THE CARDINAL GIRLS ARE NOW 13 AND 16.
THE MAQUOKETA BOYS ALSO PLAYED LAST NIGHT AND WON BOTH GAMES OVER CENTER POINT URBAND....3 TO 1 AND 8 TO 1.
THE BOYS ARE NOW 19 AND 10 AND HAVE WON 7 IN A ROW.
THEY PLAY AT MARION TOMORROW NIGHT.
