JOSHUA J. REICKS IS THE NEW ATTORNEY AT THE SCHOENTHALER, ROBERG, BARTELT & KAHLER LAW OFFICE. I UNDERSTAND HE IS JUST OUT OF LAW SCHOOL AND ALREADY HAS PURCHASED A HOME IN MAQUOKETA. WELCOME JOSHUA.
THE MAQUOKETA SCHOOL DISTRICT OFFICIALLY HAS AN ENROLLMENT THIS YEAR
OF 1,501, AN INCREASE OF 6 STUDENTS. A LITTLE DISAPPOINTING. WITH
THE NEW 4-YEAR OLD PRE-SCHOOL, THE EXPECTED INCREASE WAS 20.
THERE ARE 82 STUDENTS OPEN ENROLLED OUT OF THE DISTRICT AND
71 INTO THE DISTRICT. TRADITIONALLY THIS IS A WASH.
