SUNNY, WINDY AND COOL TODAY...HIGH IN LOW 30'S.

A 6-MONTH CAMPAIGN TO RAISE $50,000 FOR A HABIT FOR HUMANITY HOUSE IN MAQUOKETA HAS COME TO A SUCCESFUL
CLOSE. THE GOAL HAS BEEN REACHED THANKS TO THE
GENEROSITY OF MANY LOCAL BUSINESSES AND COMMUNITY MEMBERS. THIS WILL BE THE FIRST HUMANITY HOME IN MAQUOKETA. NOW, APPLICATIONS ARE STILL BE TAKEN FOR A FAMILY OR INDIVIDUAL T O TURN THIS HOUSE INTO A HOME.

WORD HAS BEEN RECEIVED OF THE DEATH OF FORMER MAQUOKETA RESIDENT MARGO E. MOHR. SHE DIED NOVEMBER 19 AT WEST ALEXANDRIA, OHIO AT THE AGE OF 64.
SHE WAS A 1961 GRAD OF MCHS. SHE IS SURVIVED BY A DAUGHTER AND TWO GRANDCHILDREN AND 5 SISTERS, INCLUDING VIRGINA HUGHES OF PRESTON....ALSO SURVIVED BY TWO BROTHERS. A MEMORIAL SERVICE IS PLANNED AND WILL BE HELD AT THE PENCE CEMETERY HEAR BALDWIN, NEXT SUMMER.

DORIS HAYES, 73, OF MAQUOKETA, DIED THIS MORNING AT CLOVER RIDGE PLACE. SERVICES PENDING AT CARSON AND SON FUNERAL HOME...www.carsonandson.com HER LATE HUSBAND WAS AN INSTRUMENTAL BAND INSTRUCTOR AT MAQUOKETA HIGH SCHOOL MANY YEARS AGO.

I WILL NOT HAVE A REPORT TOMORROW, WEDNESDAY.

THURSDAY, YOU WILL HEAR A REPORT ON A FENDER BENDER ACCIDENT I HAD THIS MORNING. DARN IT!!
