HE IS A POINT GUARD AND AVERAGED 25 POINTS A GAME IN TWO GAMES THIS PAST WEEK. HE WAS A GUARD FOR MCHS AND HIS COACH IS ROCKY LAMAAR, ALSO FORMER MCHS PLAYER. HIS PARENTS ARE CINDY AND LEIGHTON OF MAQUOKETA AND THE COLLEGE IS JUST OVER THE BORDER FROM KANSAS CITY. THE TEAM RECORD IS 13 AND 0 AND IS RANKED #1 IN THE COUNTRY IN DIVISION 2A.
THE SALES TAX COUNTY WIDE ELECTION YESTERDAY PASSED BY OVER 75 PERCENT.....1,129 YES AND 319 NO. THE VOTE EXTENDS THE 1% OPTION SALES TAX REVENUE TO 2022. THE SCHOOL DISTRICTS IN JACKSON COUNTY PUSHED FOR THIS ISSUE AS THEY DEPEND A LOT ON THAT REVENUE.
