INTERGOVERNMENTAL ASSOCIATION (ECIA) GAVE THE PROGRAM, AS GUESTS..... THE MAQUOKETA CITY MANAGER AND HIS WIFE..... ALONG WITH THE MEMBERS OF ROTARY....LISTENED CAREFULLY.

THE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE "BUSINESS AFTER HOURS" WAS HELD EARLY LAST NIGHT AT THE NEW
"MAC'S WINE CELLAR" IN DOWNTOWN MAQUOKETA,
NEXT TO WHERE THE DOLLAR STORE CLOSED RECENTLY.
THE MAIN FLOOR IS "FARMERS CREEK ANTIQUES" AND
THE WINE CELLAR IS IN BASEMENT. NO DOLLARS WERE SPARED IN RE-DOING BOTH FLOORS.
WINE AND IMPORTED BEER WAS ENJOYED BY SOME,
BUT POP WAS ALSO AVAILABLE. AND MANY CHOICES OF PIZZA IS AVAILABLE.

ON THE ANTIQUE (AND OTHER MERCHANDISE) FLOOR
AND IS SHOWN ABOVE.
AND CO-OWNER SUE MAYBERRY AT RIGHT, WAS THE HOST DOWN IN THE WINE ROOM, SHOWN WITH NANCY MOORE. SUE AND JIM ARE LONGTIME OWNERS OF MAYBERRY HOME APPLIANCES NEXT DOOR TO THE WEST. IT HAS A LARGE PARKING LOT ALSO USED FOR THE NEW STORES. FARMERS CREEK ANTIQUES & MAC'S WINE CELLAR HAVE BOTH A FRONT AND REAR ENTRANCE, AND TWO STAIRWAYS TO THE CELLAR.
SO...LET'S LOOK AROUND A LITTLE....
