ELKIN HAS HELD THE POSITION FOR 12 YEARS AND HAS ACCEPTED A CALL TO SERVE AS THE SENIOR PASTOR FOR ST. LUKE'S LUTHERAN CHURCH IN COTTAGE GROVE, MINNESOTA.
