YES...THE SAME LINDA (FORMERLY OF MAQUOKETA) THAT WON $100,000 IN IOWA LOTTERY IN AUGUST. REV. ERIC ELKIN IS THE PRESIDENT OF ROTARY, AND THE CLUB MEETS AT NOON WEDNESDAYS AT THE EAGLES CLUB.
