THE MONEY HAS BEEN PAID BACK. SHE REMAINS HOME UNTIL TOLD WHERE TO REPORT FOR HER PRIZON SENTENCE. SHE WAS FIRED IN DECEMBER 2003 AND NOW THE PROGRAM IS BEING OPERATED BY THE EAST CENTRAL INTERGOVERNMENTAL ASSOCIATION.
