GROVER WILLEY, 82, OF LOST NATION, DIED YESTERDAY. HE FARMED AND DROVE TRUCK AND SURVIVORS INCLUDE 2 DAUGHTERS AND 3 SONS, INCLUDING JAY WILLEY OF MAQUOKETA.
