NO ONE INJURED IN A TWO-VEHICLE ACCIDENT YESTERDAY AFTERNOON ON WEST SUMMIT. AMY STREFF, AGE 45, WAS CHARGED WITH STOP SIGN VIOLATION. STREFF WAS DRIVING NORTH AT SUMMIT AND AT INTERSECTION WITH VERMONT AREA, RHONDA RYAN, AGE 41, OF MAQUOKETA, WAS TURNING LEFT ONTO VERMONT. STREFF DID NOT STOP AND COLLIDED WITH THE RYAN VEHICLE. DAMAGE OF ABOUT $500 TO STREFF'S 2002 PONTIAC AND AROUND $500 ALSO TO RYAN'S 86 FORD.
