THE MAN WAS LISTED AS "MISSING" BY THTE DEKALB, ILLINOIS SHERIFF'S OFFICE. APPARENTLY, HE HAD AN ACCIDENT AND NO ONE SAW THE ACCIDENT OR THE CYCLE WHERE IT LANDED.
SNOWMOBILE ROUTES FOR JACKSON COUNTY WERE DISCUSSED THIS WEEK AT SUPERVISORS OFFICEMEETING AND NO
DECISION WAS MADE ON THE ASKED-FOR ROUTES.
NEXT WEEK IS AMERICAN EDUCATION WEEK AND OPEN HOUSES ARE SCHEDULED AT THE MAQUOKETA HIGH SCHOOL AND MIDDLE SCHOOL, WITH CITIZENS INVITED TO EAT LUNCH, AT ABOUT $2, AT THE SCHOOLS. THE TWO ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS WILL HAVE THIER OBSERVANCE IN DECEMBER AND INVITE CITIZENS TO BREAKFAST AT THEIR SCHOOLS.
